If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, email us at info@kapustrev.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with any tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, stained or altered cannot be accepted, except where they are faulty.
Please contact us before sending anything back. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake, the cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.
Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the price of the item and the standard shipping cost of your original order within 14 days, to your original payment method and in the original currency. We may hold the refund until we have received the item back.
If your item arrives defective, misprinted, damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay any return costs. Your statutory rights for faulty goods under EU and Bulgarian law are not affected.
Because every piece is made to order, orders can only be cancelled before production starts. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering.
