Our products are made to order. We do our best to show colours, washes and prints accurately, but because of screen settings and the nature of mineral-washed and distressed garments, each piece may vary slightly. Such small variations are not a defect.
All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs; in that case we will refund you in full.
Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, withdrawal rights and refunds are described in our Returns & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
The KAPUSTREV name, logo, symbol, designs, images and all content on this site belong to KAPUSTREV and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation or using it for any unlawful purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it cannot legally be limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
